Nanchang Cemented Carbide Limited Liability Company(NCC) is a state-controlled company, which is originated from 603 Plant founded in May 1966. It was renamed Nanchang Cemented Carbide Plant in 1972. It successfully reformed the form of ownership in May 2003 to officially establish Nanchang Cemented Carbide Limited Liability Company.It is directly managed by China Tungsten High Tech Materials Co.,Ltd.And it is also a core subsidiary enterprise of China Minmetals Group Co., Ltd.
In possession of a complete industrial chain from tungsten raw materials to end milling tools, NCC is one of the largest bases integrating production, management and export of tungsten powder products, cemented carbide rods, and hole machining cutting tools in China, its products have been widely used in metallurgy, machinery, automobile, aerospace, geological mining, electronics, etc.
After more than 50 years of development,the company has reached an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of tungsten powder and tungsten carbide powder, 1,000 tons of cemented carbide rods and other products,10 million sets of cemented carbide hole machining cutting tools. NCC has 611 employees and a registered capital of RMB 279.4 million.

Manufacturing
We have very advanced equipment and experienced engineers,and every individual product is tested throughout its production cycle for conformity to its predetermined specifications.

Research & Development
Our Research & Development Department is always dedicated to making the best of their expertise in advanced technologies and products to better serve existing and future customer’s needs. NCC always maintained the advanced position in technological R&D capability in China,and has owned a provincial-level technology center,as well as an analysis and test center,with 112 personnel holding senior professional and technical titles,master’s degree or above.
NCC has set up a professional laboratory to test the properties and parameters for tungsten carbide powder and tungsten carbide alloys,a professional laboratory in tool milling test to carry out comparative milling test on various cemented carbide materials.
NCC owns a provincial-lever technology center,which has participated in the revision and formulation of 12 national standards obtained 18 authorized patents,including 3 invention patents and 15 utility model patents.
Meanwhile,We have established long-term and stable technical cooperation with many key universities and well-known scientific research institutes.
With aim to meet our partners’ individual needs, we are consistently searching for ways to improve and create premium cutting tools that reduce the cost and increase the productivity, even for the most challenging conditions.
